HOMEHUNTS ELITE SERVICE

Our ELITE service is a paid for service and is particularly popular with those clients who are very busy and prefer to entrust the entire search to a third party.

We appoint a dedicated consultant who will search the whole market (as with our Premier service). The consultant will pre-visit every single property and will provide you with a detailed report on each home before you come over to view. The report will offer truthful information relating to location, condition, access, noise, local information and much more. It will also include extra photos and plans where possible. This will save you time and money throughout the process.

We also offer a concierge service for you, we can book flights and airport transfers. If, during your stay in France you require accommodation, we can assist you in booking a hotel or finding a serviced apartment or villa. The same applies for help with finding nannies, car and boat rentals, booking you into top restaurants and nightclubs, anything to make your stay here a pleasurable experience. Once the sale is agreed, we assist you with the whole purchase process, working with notaries, tax advisers and lawyers. We can help you to obtain the best financial and tax advice in your language. We also help you to set up a French bank account, find a mortgage, arrange insurance, set up bill payments and so on.

After completion, you may wish to carry out some renovation works, or even build a new house. Organising this kind of work in France can be difficult if you don't know the right people. The fee for our ELITE service is percentage of the purchase price . You will be required to sign an exclusive search mandate and will need to pay a retainer fee at the outset of the search to cover expenses.
