We treat all of our clients as Premier clients and customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Our PREMIER service is our free property finding service. You work with us on an exclusive OR non-exclusive basis and we search the whole property market for you in your desired area. We always work in your best interest, we listen to you and understand what you are looking for and we focus on ensuring we find your home. We offer you advice at every step and our team in France speak more than 15 languages so we are able to support all of our international clients.

We work with all of the best agencies and developers, and using our extensive network of personal contacts, we're able to search the entire market (including many exclusive properties which are being sold privately). We will accompany you on all viewings and once we find your dream home together, we will negotiate the best deal possible for you. Once a sale is agreed, we will be with you every step of the way ensuring that the buying process runs as smoothly as possible.

If you opt to work with us exclusively, you are not required to pay any money but you are required to sign an agreement to say that you will work with us and no other agent for a limited period. By doing this, we know we can speak to any owner or selling agent and be 100% sure that we are not duplicating efforts or wasting your time sending properties that you already have. As mentioned, our Premier search service is a free service. We take a standard fee from the selling agents commission. The fee is the same with all agents so we will offer you open and unbiased advice and we will not try to steer you towards any particular property or any particular agent, we will just make sure we find the property that is right for you.
