| LUXURY PROPERTY – A BUYERS MARKET |
The UK’s National Association of Estate Agents has claimed that French luxury property could be more affordable than it has been for many years.
The French luxury property industry has benefited from reduced prices and more stringent lending policies of the previous year and prices are set to stabilise in 2010.
Luxury property is always in demand and it is definitely a buyers market. It appears to be the mid-high end properties displaying the greatest affordability.
French property never really saw a dip even in the middle of the crisis last year and buyers continue to be confident in property as an investment.
The higher end properties really suffered in areas such as London and other international areas such as Dubai. These areas as well as France’s luxury property market struggled from those people who previously made their wealth from bankers bonuses and the stock market.
France’s luxury property market has since made a slight recovery but now is the time to buy if you are considering as this type of property is at its most affordable and you may get more for you pound.
