The house and estate is accessed through electric gates, at the end of a half-mile private drive with a large gravel courtyard, allowing generous parking for residents and guests.

The luxurious accommodation stretches over three floors. The grand high-ceilinged entrance hall with cloakroom welcomes guests. An original spiral staircase leads to the first and second floor.

From the Entrance Hall, double doors lead to the main salon and through to the wood-panelled library and its corner wet bar. Both the salon and library have French doors which lead out onto the lavender lawn. Another set of double doors from the salon lead to the dining room. With its double aspect, this bright dining room opens out onto gardens and the shaded dining terrace.

A large arched access leads into a fully-equipped and contemporary kitchen benefitting from a central island and breakfast bar, a double oven with induction and gas hob, two dishwashers and an American-style fridge-freezer.

Next to the kitchen, a second reception room (The sitting room) has access to the front gravelled courtyard and is furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite television, DVD player, sound system and massage chair.

From the kitchen, open tread stones stairs lead up to the ‘White’ room, an en-suite bedroom with stunning views east over the Var valley. From the Sitting Room a private corridor leads to the ‘Provencal’ bedroom and bathroom. There are four bedrooms spread out across the first and second floor which are reached via the staircase of the main entrance hall. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with the charming circular en-suite ‘Tower’ bedroom on the second floor.

The ‘Oriental’ room is a double bedroom with kitchen and bathroom suite. It is part of the main house but not accessible from within the chateau; it has its own front door situated in the lower gravel terrace and accessed by steps from the front courtyard.

The beautifully restored interior is matched by the equally impressive outdoor areas which boast a main formal dining area, lawns for lounging, a fountain and Mediterranean garden, together with a shaded dining terrace which offers exceptional views down the Var Valley.

On the lower terrace there is a further private lawned garden with a loggia housing La Chasse Bar and dining area with a BBQ by the original chapel.

Also within the vast estate, an olive grove of over 350 trees produces delicious gourmet olive oil. On the upper terrace and to the south of the house, a fully heated circular private saline pool (8m diameter) offers a fabulous sun terrace equipped with loungers and parasols.
