COUNTRY HOUSE WITH TOURIST LICENSE ATZARO VALLEY – NEAR SAN CARLOS

We are proud to present this Atzaro Rural House with an ETV Tourist License granted. The property is on a large land of flat terrain between Morna and Atzaro mountains. There is a segregation potential to build as second home on 16.000 m2 currently used as a parking area for weddings and retreats events.

INSIDE
The house itself features original stone walls that echo the historical essence of Ibiza, complemented by a modern build completed in 2017. Inside, you’ll find seven spacious bedrooms and five well-appointed toilets, ensuring comfort for guests. The fully equipped kitchen and inviting living areas are designed for gatherings, making it an ideal setting for both relaxation and entertainment.

OUTSIDE
Step outside to enjoy a private 50 m2 pool with a salt electrolysis system plus two guests toilets. An outdoor barbecue area enhances the entertaining experience, while a technical room for the pool ensures convenience.

ABOUT THE VILLAGE – SAN CARLOS

San Carlos is located in the North of Ibiza Island. It is a laid-back village with its touch of hippie culture, particularly seen at the popular Las Dalias Hippie Market (see below). The picturesque village centre with its typical Ibizan-style Church has been lovingly preserved. The village proposes a few restaurants and some bars around a lovely main street and the Church Plaza. Key services are available: groceries shops, bank, pharmacy, post office, and some souvenir boutiques. We can recommend restaurants in the region: the famous history-filled Bar Anita, Restaurant of Agrotourism Can Curreu with a nice Spa, the grill specialist “Restaurant San Carlos”, or the series of eateries on the road to San Lorenzo. A bit further away you find Rebrots in Portinax or Elements on Benirras beach.

Las Dalias Hippie Market is the most famous attraction in San Carlos, started in 1985. The number of shops has exploded from 5 to 200 today. The busiest days are Saturdays in August, when up to 15,000 visitors hover around the stands. Las Dalias offers also street restaurant and food, music animations with a DJs and live music.

7 minutes’ drive away from San Carlos; the family-friendly beach of Cala San Vicente reached in 10 minutes.

This is a large and wide beach with quality sand and super clear turquoise water. There are some relaxed beach-side restaurants for example On the Beach or the Boat House.

ABOUT THE AREA: IBIZA NORTH
The property is located in the North of the Island. This is the place in Ibiza for a quieter and real Ibiza living experience, the people being in general in a more relaxed and different state of mind than those in the South and in the West. The North offers great nature like the beaches of Portinax or Benirràs (with great sunsets), the steep cliffs of Puerta del Cielo in Santa Ines and laid-back villages like San Juan.

Noticeably, on the “gastronomic road” to San Lorenzo there are a series of great restaurants: Bambuddha, Ses Escoles, Nagai, Balafia (see below), La Paloma, A Mi Manera, Ca Na Pepeta, and others. A bit further away you find Elements on Benirràs beach, Rebrots in Portinax or Shamarkanda in San Juan.

The city of Santa Eulalia 8 kms away offers a choice of restaurants, bars and all services: supermarkets, bio shops, pharmacy, banks, post office, petrol stations, dry cleaners, etc. Santa Eulalia is the administrative center of the region organised around the City Hall in the pedestrian zone. The Yachting marina Santa Eulalia with its entertainment district with many restaurants like CBBC, Chiringuito Blue, El Deseo Mexican, Estel. There are a lot of terraces to enjoy on Santa Eulalia´s sea front promenade. A simpler tasty eatery is Can Suldat in Es Canar with its live music.
