Agricultural colonization building from the 19th century, linked to the exploitation of the cultivated fields of the Bellcaire plain.

It forms a closed enclosure, with a single access facing south, configuring a rectangle with approximate dimensions of 63 by 58 m2.

Going through the entrance portal, a generous interior patio distributes the accesses to the different rooms that made up the farm: haystacks, corrals, stables, barns and a house, this one in a second, more private patio.

In 1990, the building was cleaned up and structurally consolidated, demolishing the roofs and elements added over the years to the original constructions.

The haystacks, corrals and stables offer architectural elements and spaces of notable interest. It has numerous stone arcades, which make the buildings and their patios an exceptional complex with numerous possibilities of adaptation to hotel, leisure, sports, cultural and residential uses.

The special enclave of the Mas allows you to enjoy the fields, the pine forests and the sandy dunes on the slopes of the Massif del Montgrí, crowned by its castle. The Medes Islands, as a protected space, offers water activities such as the discovery of marine fauna and flora.

The fields that make up the landscape are flat and well drained by the irrigation that delimits them. They have good behavior for dry and irrigated cultivation. Its average height or elevation with respect to the sea is 5 meters.
